1 in 9 twist 20 inch Hbar and 77 gr bullets.

It's doing 2.5 moa at 100....the bullet isn't working in your barrel...plain and simple. Buy a 7 twist and be done with it , at today's ammo prices you'll have paid for a barrel by the time you figure out your 9 twist isn't happy with a 77gr

Didn't see it mentioned but if you go the full custom route and send everything to a gun shop I would highly suggest buying a new reamer for you and your son's rifle it's a good chance that the finished product will have rounds that interchange with each other along with load development should...

Rifle Scopes Schmidt & Bender H2CMR or MSR?

Having both the MSR and the h2cmr I have to say I would go with the h2cmr, the 2/10 wind holds are perfect and you can range just as easy with it also ,I also like that the h2cmr is a little finer cross hair for small Target work, you really can't go wrong with either one but the finer cross...

.300 win mag...radical hyper velocities question do to copper build?

Your Chrono is junk.... period, 180gr federal win mag match ammo? How do you know your scope is tracking correctly And what are you calling heavy fouling, how was it shooting at 100? , You would have to practically machine gun that thing to smoke a throat in 600rounds .
