    wft trimmer

    Re: wft trimmer I bought one for trimming 300 blk after re-sizing 223 cases and chopping them off at the shoulder. Works very fast and does a nice cut and stainless tumbling afterwords took care of any minimal burr that was left. I found it pretty quick to set up.

    I formed about 250 300 blk brass by running it through a Hornady die with the decapping rod and neck expander removed, then chopping it off at the shoulder, then trimming. The case lengths were good but the inside of the case mouths were measuring as small as .280. I decided to run them back...

    Any tips? Just got my RRA LAR-8 elite operator and I haven't been able to find any old posts on proper barrel break in. Would like to do it right on this gun. Especially since it took Rock River 5 months to ship it! Thanks.

    Re: Thinking about a DPMS in 308 I had one. Never a jam used the DPMS and magpul mags. Shot sub-MOA at 100. Great for bench rest, was kind of on the heavy side for lugging around the deer/hog lease. I ended up selling it and bought a RRA LAR-8 elite operator....but it's not the same price...
