Friend of mine had similar complaints/issues with the KAC SR15. I have always wondered why the ADM UICs aren't brought up more often when people are talking/recommending "high end" AR15s.

I use suppressors also but still wear inside the ear pro from Axil. I actually like the fact that they are looped together so I don't loose one, and they have Bluetooth and what not so you could use them for music or whatever. They also aren't crazy expensive.

Dang, unfortunately I don't have any bolt guns under 16 lbs. currently. Would like to shoot one but don't want to have to buy a specific rifle to do it.

If your rifle is over 16lbs, can you not compete at all in NRL? Looking at the website it really specify that as well as if you are not able to meet the power factor.

New Ultralight Arms would get you a rifle/optic that is 7.5lbs, don't think it would be ideal for competition shooting though.

I was hunting them for awhile myself before I called it quits and got the KUSA KP9, which is awesome BTW. Palmetto is a great company but they can never maintain an inventory on any of their in house manufactured guns.

2603 ten shot averages with an 18 inch Bartlein 5R with a surefire can at 65° and around 1500 feet elevation. FWIW I usually get a good 30 FPS faster average MV with 175 FGMM. The M118s are either loaded a little lighter, use a slower burning powder or maybe both.

I have one on a PBR-XP and another on a SPR. Much lighter pulls now and no complaints from me, they have functioned flawlessly.
