Thanks for the advice everyone. This post comes close to my questions. I was more perplexed that the different powder charges did not more adversely effect the results vertically. I believe I have a fairly good understanding of the reloading process and I try and take my time to perform the...
Spring time is here again, and I want to get a few rounds downrange. First post had to be authorized and wound up on page 3 before due to delay. Where should I start with another round of reloads? Low end to save barrel life, or uper middle? Suggestions welcome.

Thanks for the info all. This Is what I wanted to know about KT. I guess I will have to buy a box or 2 of some other brands/types and just try them. Good to know though that some of the game bullets contain many aspects of the "match" bullets. I had figured as much but just wanted to confirm...

An example of my question would be the Sierra 65gr. SBT at...

And by the way I have not confirmed it but Calverton has a 300 yard range available as per their website. "

Hornady Primer pocket reamer. Works great, is inexpensive, and does a good job. Can chuck it in a drill and be done in 30 minutes. I use mine for 223 (small unit) and large for taking crimps out of 308.

My recent purchase is a Savage Mod. 12 LRP in .243 win. It was a used rifle, and when i got it i cleaned it thoroughly. I shot a few rounds through it to check function and accuracy. They were right about 3/4 to MOA maybe a bit less. Later on I made a few rounds of reloaded ammo using the...
