    Gunsmithing Hydro Dipping

    To dip or not to dip. I just got my build back from my gunsmith.He did an awesome job on the rife, the bedding was extensive.Do you think hydro dipping could screw up the bedding compound, mixing chemicals and such.Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    Mile

    We shot today, 1010,1092,1295,1380. 260 Rem Tikka CTR 20inch 2036 fps 130 Berger. I hit everything but the 1380 ran out of gas on it. I'm curious as to how many shots it takes people to get to a mile with the same caliber. When people say they hit at that distance going 64 fps faster than me...

    I just joined this forum.I typed in a 7 digit password and it changed it to 20 digit's and I can't log on without using a temporary password.Then it wont let me change the password.Can anyone help.
