Big thanks to Kevin and Anton for putting this together. Great course of fire and always learn something new about myself, my skill level, and my gear when being pushed by the clock. Semper Fi!
I have had nothing but great customer support from them and will continue to use them. They always get me what I need when I need it. And knowing that they are owned by former Marines I feel confident that they will continue to take care of their customers and deliver. I have also had great...
Just got an update on Saturday. Here is the response. We will have a limited first production run in mid July, followed by full production for the U.S. market. Foreign sales will be available soon after. A date for international sales has not been finalized but will be as soon as possible after...
Was really hoping to come out and shoot yesterday but work has had me out of town a lot, and Im back on a plane right now. Oh well. I will try my damnedest to make the June 7 round. I have the Magpul school the weekend before and with any luck the better half will let me come out for the day.
I think they should farm the inmates out to the local long range matches in the prisons area. I'm sure we would all really like moving targets at 1200 yards. just put them on a hundred feet of chain and let them try to dodge what we are throwing at them. Maybe if they make it till the end of...
Kesselrings Auction! I planned on posting about this after the auction ended put had to go to Mexico for work the next morning. After two long days (12 hours each) I left there with some really mixed feelings! Mostly tired but a whole lot of baffled and amazed. First there was a massive...
I just want to thank everyone for the hospitality today at the match, i haven't had that much fun behind a rifle in a long time. And the folks that set it all up and put it on, WOW what a great course of fire I definitely have my work cut out for me. and a shout out to however built the...
I vote for the Tibetan Mastiff, I will get another one some day. Probably the smartest most protective dog i have ever had or been around, and extremely great with children. They do shed but you can limit it with good brushing and proper diet.
That was priceless. Tactical Thumb will be in use at the range from here on out, thank you for that. Im in for a couple of OAF patches and couple of challenge coins. Oh and you should have called Corpsman UP to come tie your shoe.
I have yet to shoot the ACR but do own a SCAR 16 and love it. I think the overall design and construction are great, the trigger in mine seems clean but a bit heavy. The balance seems great and the thing shoots really great for a field gun. I generally am really happy with the gun and all of its...
Thanks Tom. I bought it used but has hardly any rounds through the thing other than a double of paint chips in the stock its damn near brand new. I have been wanting to have a couple of rifles built so when this came up for sale i jumped on it.
I talked with Moon and he said that he cut all I need to do is vise the barrel insert the action wrench and spin one off and spin the next one on. He said the threads are so tight that you only need to snug the barrel on. I have two different bolts one for 260, 308, and 243 and one for the 7...
So I purchased this rifle from Mike who is a great guy to deal with and talked with Moon at Crescent Customs who is also a great guy. Needles to say the wait on shipping nearly killed me but this morning I was able to skate out of work to pick it up. I had ordered some 260 from Southwest...
Has anyone tried the Lapua 136 Grain Scenar L's yet? I recently purchased a 260 GAP and am beginning the process of gearing up for reloading in 260 and was just curious of your thoughts on it. Thanks,
