Match Description This is a match themed around the concept of the military designated marksman rifle. Not quite a sniper rifle nor light infantry rifle, the DMR platform fills a jack-of-all-trades master of nothing role. It can accurately engage targets out past 600yds, but can still be used...

I was thinking about getting a SilencerCo Harvester to use on my precision rifles, a 20" Barrel 6.5 creedmoor bolt action and DPMS GII 308. When I contacted my class III dealer he advised me to look at other cans. He said, "he had a .5MOA rifle that opened up to 4MOA with the harvester attached"...
Right? I just sent them an email this morning asking when they would be shipping/producing any more of these. No response so far (and really not expecting one).
Moral of the story…Hogue stocks are a turd. I have both a 20" and a 16.5" AAC-SD and they both produce sub MOA groups. You will notice inconsistent groups with the Houge stock, especially if you are using a bipod. If you shoot the Hogue resting off of bags you get more consistent results, but...
My thoughts...http://www.snipershide.com/shooting/snipers-hide-bolt-action-rifles/219600-rifle-review-remington-700-sps-tactical-aac-sd-16-5%94-threaded-barrel-308-a.html Velocity will be negligible. Easily compensated for by a few extra clicks on ye'ol elevation turret.
JR, I have owned a AAC-SD 20" for about two years and just recently picked up a AAC-SD 16.5" and I can definitely sympathize with your frustration. Out of the box both rifles varied depending on the types of ammo I shot. I found that the 20" SPS really favored 175gr and 180gr loads loaded...
I shoot out at BWSA. They recently changed up their LR matches, and I think they are going to go to a monthly LR steel match. I believe the next one is the second weekend in December. There are a few other clubs that host 500-600 F-class style matches in SE Michigan. If you start a thread on MGO...
