Remington 700 AAC-SD - Shim Count for AAC Breakout
I have time, just not last night. However this weekend I'm trying to use a bit of the ol' Texas deer season. I didn't like the way multi stacked shims looked. There seemed to be too much space. Concerning me insomuch as to delay install. There shouldn't be a need to smith it, except for...- J3L

Remington 700 AAC-SD - Shim Count for AAC Breakout
Does anyone have the correct combination of AAC shims for the Breakout install on the Remington 700 AAC barrel? Are they bloody unique or is there a standardized formula? I just don't have the time to meddle about with shims all night. I have to work to pay the bloody bills. Thanks,- J3L
