A few days ago I went to their website to register my 2.5-10x42 for my warranty. When finished, I did not receive a confirmation that I had registered, so I called. They were very polite and told me to call if I ever has an issue. I don't expect one, but its nice to know. Charles

Please help me with a new scope for hunting and targets out to 500 yards. The important things to me are great glass and low weight,under 24 ounces. I do not need bells and whistles. My budget is $2000, but I'm willing to save longer to get the right scope. The scope will ride a 6.5 Creedmore...
Another shout out for Becky! My SR-4C came without one lens cover. I e-mailed Becky, and I received it in three days. My scope is great by the way. The red dot is very bright in daylight (if you want it to be.) I have it mounted on an Ammo Four Star. It's easy to see my target with both eyes...
