    Thanks for the replies. 4-D reamers does not provided specs on the reamer freebore/throat so I thought I would ask here first. I only want to chase my Tikka 223 and make it improved to shoot heavy long bullets. I will bump the shoulder a bit on the lathe to get the chamber to spec length...

    Hi, The 7mm mag case, including the belt, is smaller in diameter than the 7 saum case that is .550 in diameter straight to the neck. The 7mm case is 2.500 long vs the 7 saum case that is 2.035 long Is it possible to take off the barrel of a 7mm magnum tikka t3, cut off approximately the .5 inch...
