I don't know who makes the Stag 3G upper, but I figured the 18" was the best for coyote calling. It shoots my 50 gr V-max load better than I can. I got bit by the long range bug and tried the Hornady 75 HP, and it shoots those just as good if not better. It is an 8 twist and it was $699 to the...
I wanted to get a Harvester but no one local had one when I made my purchase. Picked up a TB30P-1, no regrets, it shoots great. Thinking about a cover for hunting, haven't seen any mirage with mine yet. Have only been shooting a .223 and 6.5 Grendel slow fire for groups. Would like to see what...
TBAC 30P-1 Form 4 submitted 2-21-14. Was told in process 7-1-14, found out ATF didn't send the right e mail. My dealer called them 7-11-14 and they e mail the stamp. Shot it on my Grendel and an 18" 5.56 last night. Sounds like an unsuppressed .22 rifle.
I got thru to the NFA on Friday. Mine went pending on 2-21 and I was told August. Didn't write down the guy's name, but he said 6 months at this time. When mine was filed it was a 4 month wait. I was really looking forward to June. Oh well.
Does anyone have the dimensions for their 1" inserts for a 30mm mount? I have another brand of mount that I would like to try with a 1" scope before I spring for a new scope. Thanks, Keith
I am in south central, northwest of Wichita. I am trying to decide on a .308 that can handle my .280, a Grendel, and .223. Mostly for hunting and long range shooting. Waiting to talk to a couple of guys that are at SHOT right now to see what is new.
