    My expander measures .305, not sure what it should be though. Just puzzles me that it works good on all other brass. May have gotten over used brass, like some of you have said...thanks guys

    That makes sense, but I was wondering why it sizes all my Winchester, Lapua, Norma, and Remington and works perfectly. What could the difference in that particular brass ? Just checked my die, and the expander is intact.

    Lake City Match 308 brass

    Have any of you dealt with this brass. Picked up 100 pieces of once fired, sized and primed 20 pieces, but when i try to seat bullet, it collapses the neck of the casing into the shoulder. Any thoughts, i've re-sized it multiple times with fls and neck sizer. Makes no difference.
