    Near dog attack on my daughter

    Ever since we moved in, we've had some issues with the trashy neighbors letting their dalmations run. Soon after we moved in 2 years ago someone called animal control on them (they blamed us ever since, but we didn't do it) and they've more or less kept them tied up but every once in awhile...
