Title says it all ; in the multi state racketeering/DUI for profit saga continues this time with arresting officer saying he knows victim isn’t drunk but is arresting him for it anyhow because of the financial incentives .

And as people become more aware of this and more state move to stop it they keep doing it more and more .

There’s no video or story linked. Sounds like a nice pay day, but my favorite is the guy arrested for meth and it was donut glaze on his shirt. You’d think the police would know donut glaze
