During a move I lost some pieces to my RCBS hand priming tool so I e-mailed them and asked where I could purchase the lost pieces. I received an e-mail the next day saying they were in the mail at no charge. Gotta love a company like that.

RCBS has female voices that are apologetic and sympathetic. The sent more than enough parts for free to fix the problem, even if it is my fault.

I have never been able to get anything out of Lee.
I think their prices are so low, they have not budgeted for dealing with me.

Redding and RCBS have both been fantastic to me. I could tear up a titanium ball with a rubber hammer!
