+1 For RCBS

I recently purchased a set of .357 Mag RCBS dies off evilbay. They only came with the round nose bullet seater. I looked online and could not find a part or listing for the flat nose and hollow point bullet seaters.

Anyway, the guy quickly asked me for my name and address. I gave him my info and he said "They're going out in the mail today". I asked him what the charge was and he told me not to worry about it. I just couldn't believe it. I've never had that kind of customer service before. Especially when it needs to be shipped. And, I explained to the guy that I was not the original purchaser. He said a lifetime warranty is a lifetime warrantly.

That sold me on RCBS for life. What a great experience.

I bought a new 1500 and right out of the box the key pad had issues. Called up RCBS and they said box it up we'll send out a UPS pickup ticket and that they would send me a new one. True to their word, couple days later big brown pulls up with a brand new one and they take my old one. Unbox new one and it works perfect. At this poin I think we are done but then about 2 months later big brown drops my old one off with a letter saying sorry for any inconvenience and my old one is now fixed. SWEET!!!!

Once bought an RCBS press at a yard sale that was missing a couple of small parts. I called to order the parts and was told they would be shipped at no charge. I even explained that I had bought it at a yard sale, but they said no matter.
Second, I stuck a case in a RCBE rifle die and did not have a stuck case remover. Needless to say, my ADD couldn't stop my dumb ass from tearing the seating stem, primer punch and expander ball up. Again a call to RCBS for parts. Again, after pleading with them to let me pay because I was dumb, they still shipped the parts at no charge.
Great customer service. Way above the call!
