I am looking for a 1 piece mount for my AI AX chassis. It needs to be 35mm and high enough to clear a 44mm USO objective on the AX chassis, ~1.25" minimum. I dont need the QD capability so throw levers are nice but not required. I see these mounts range from <$200 to $380 for the USO and $410 for the Spuhr. I have no problem dropping the coin but I am looking for experience and price justification.

I used a Spuhr for a S&B 3-20x50 for my AIX338 and I have no complaints. I initially ordered the med high mount but the lens caps on a S&B needed just a hair more space so I had to return it for a high. The med should be fine with a 44mm objective. This is my first one piece mount so I can't comment on one versus the other.
Era-Tac might be worth a look, not sure how easy they are to source though:

I use em and I can get them. I have their QD 1 piece, regular cris bolt 1 piece and standard rings. Beautiful rings to work with.
I don't find anything in the Spuhr lineup that has the 35mm criteria the OP said he needs. Am I missing something?
Now I see my error, I looked on the "official" Spuhr website and it says 2011 product line which I didn't catch that before.
