What are the factory stocks and barrels for? Looking to possibly sell mine. My stock does not have a barrel band if that makes a difference.

Go to rimfirecentral and check the classifieds. You should be able to get a good idea on the value of your parts pretty quickly there as there is always some 10/22 barrels and stocks for sale. The non-barrel band stocks are worth more - but the bigger difference in value depends on the wood. Walnut stocks of any style sell for significantly more $$ than the birch hardwood stocks that are stained brown.
