What are the torque specs for a 10/22? If it is something that varies what specs are people getting the best results with on competition rifles? Thanks in advance

I run mine, which is a bedded barrel, floated action at about 60 inch/pounds MAX!

I popped the head off of Rimfire Sports Allen head takedown screw on a hogue stock. Stock doesn't have an escutcheon so I think the lack of a pillar put too much force on the head. Pretty sure I was doing 55 inch/lbs. It was probably around the 10th time I took it out of the stock.
Something to consider. I'd make sure it has a pillar. I keep meaning to go to the harware store and find something that will work as a pillar.
