10BA in .308 advice

Just got the above rifle. Just curious if anyone had put a rifle sling onto this rifle? Was looking for a way to possible carry thru the woods on my next wild hog hunt..Thanks

I know the 10BA is a little smaller than my 110BA but it still has to be pretty damn heavy. I always figured if I were going to hunt with it that I'd get a sherpa to carry it. Also not sure if it'll be comfortable with a sling with all the pointy bits on it, at least if you don't have on a jacket or some other padding between you and it. Might just want to carry it in front of you or get a decent drag bag to hoof it out to your shooting stand/pad.
