115 D Tact's W/ "Nosering"

Though about trying some 115 D tac's for practice with a 6 CM. I looked and , WOW , never herd of the "Nosering" process.
Anyone have any actual experience with these ? , Snake oil, "new & improved" or actually , something good ??

I will definitely try some soon. I don’t know, yet. Although, I really like most things Tubb does. I highly doubt it is snake oil, there’s generally a lot of spent primers behind his stuff.

I shoot quite a few dtacs and prefer the nosering. I shoot them in a 6XC at 3100 fps (avg) with an SD of 6 over a 30 round course of fire. To be fair I also shoot the coated bullets. If i remember correctly the nose ring was originally done by David to help with expanion in game and ended up surprising all.

I traded for some 115's W/O the ring , and planing on testing them along side the Nosler 115 RDF using Nosler & Lyman's PRS manual.
