I done a quick search on here looking for information on the 130 JLK's. all I can find is information that is 3-4 year's or older. my questions are 1) how picky are these to load for im currently loading 140 berger VLD's. 2) what kind of BC are you finding with these? my plan was to drop down to 130 JLK gain some more speed and not lose any BC to what im currently shooting now, maybe even gain some. as berger has .600 on hunting VLD's and JLK are saying .620??
I'd like some opinions, or anyone that has been running these for their input. Or maybe another bullet someone has found to like as well? Use is PRS Style match's
Barrel has a total of 60 rounds on it.
Current setup:
Rem. 700 blued and trued
26" Muller Barrel 1-8"
Hornday Brass
41.6g. H4350 140 Hunting Berger VLD @ 2740 Aprx. (mag speed)
I have about 400 or so left of these Berger's and enough primers and powder to finish them out.
Future Setup:
Lapua Brass
RL-16 as I have a new 8Lb. container an No H4350 in site.
