CONTROL over individuals as they will not have the means to travel, move, speak, purchase, learn outside of the small area module those who sit above have deemed necessary for you.

If they move from animal protein to insect protein, what are you going to do? No means to travel or transport anything, meet, rally, anything.

This concept has been around for a long time and a planners wet dream. Called many thing "Smart Growth" and "New Urbanism" among other things. The Parkchester Development which was built just prior to WWII basically used this concept on a smaller scale. Had several relatives that lived there before the neighborhood went to shit in the 70's and they got tired of being mugged in the elevator so they left. It was a benign concept but the current push is very nefarious given the current surveillance state. In urban areas people are dependent on government and therefore easier to control.

When a noble's estate was sold or fell into new hands via defeat in battle or tournament, all of the peasants and livestock on that estate was expected to serve and profess their loyalty to the new lord. Normally, serfs were not allowed to leave the estate unless they were given permission from their lords to take produce to a nearby market city or run an errand on behalf of his/her lord. So the folks telling ME I should stop the sprawl and move to a city... from the farm I grew up on... can have their private recreation and turn the state into a socialist paradise.

Oh and fuck around on my property sneaking in hiking, mountain biking, poaching.. flooding one corner with a pond. And shooting fireworks at my house when I shoot on my range... that has been here for 40 years. (We put a stop to that.)

This is what the left has in mind for you. Oh and crime? Drug abuse? All that? It will go away. Because as soon as the "Hard Left" gets in charge, the first thing they will do is put all the "Epsilon semi-moron" out in the fields cultivating zee bugs and the resources that they will use to fuel their private jets. Had a strange encounter there once. Got lost around dusk and saw and old guy walking his dog. stopped and rolled down the window to ask directions. He seemed really nervous, Then I saw the inside of his arm....about 8 or 9 crudely done tattooed letters. I looked him in the eye and smiled, He opened right up and gave me great directions.
