S- Yes it will fit, I had one in my other first Gen. but you will run into slight clearance issues with the trigger guard and/or stock, but nothing a dremel and a couple minutes won't fix.
Provided your factory sear is ok, I recommend the rifle basix trigger. Complete drop in. Only thing is that if your sear isn't good, the rifle basix will not help.
