My wife is an "A". She wouldn't look "normal" with anything larger. (86 lbs.) She could go up to a "B" but it's not worth it to hire a butcher to cut into your body. She's an attractive girl but I suspect she'll have issues for the rest of her life. Too bad.

Me neither. To each his own I guess. I prefer a tight ass......and at 45 my wife's ass is hotter than most early 20 year olds. Plus she won't have to worry about lifting her boobs up to zip her pants at 50.

It’s all nice and fine if you go from like being completely flat like a size or maybe two up.
But I have to agree that letting someone cut into your body like that does not seem like a great way to do things.
At one point they were doing like saline implants by going up to your belly button and not causing you all sort of hideous trauma.
But unless it’s going to make you feel better about yourself I just can’t see why you’d do it...
