I did this with a fireman bud the other day after an hour of P90X and it is 20 minutes well spent. It has a name but I don't remember what it's called.
For 20 minutes: 5 chinups (cheat with a step if you have to)
10 pushups
15 body squats
Try not to rest just keep going until 20 minutes has elapsed. The only equipment you need is a chinup bar. I'm going to build one to hang in my welding shop so I can do chinups throughout the day.
