I need some help with this. I am sure I can figure it out but with the expendature of a lot of ammo that I don't have at this time. (I spent all my money on this rifle, scope and BORS)I have a new Savage 110Ba in 300 Win Mag. On top is a Night Force NXS 3.5-15x50 scope mounted in Barrett 30mm one inch high zero gap rings. The scope has 100MOA elevation internally and 80MOA windage. In order to mount the Barrett BORS I have to use the Barrett mounts. My first trip to the range, (100 yd) with the elevation adjusted all the way down,my impact is about 24 or so inches high. Is this normal and if not what do I do about it? My intension is to shoot at much longer ranges but my BORS system says to zero at 100 yards and NF says to zero at 200 yds. Any advise will be appreciated.
