Dear Moderator,
This rifle posting was hacked by a scammer identifying himself as Ritchie., a naturalized south African. His telephone number is 706-944-1823. This morning, I called him and asked about the rifle; He claimed to be going through a divorce and needed money. A pleasant enough fellow, but alas a scumbag scammer. He asked me to Venmo him $500.00 as an initial payment, which I did. After that, I was ghosted...then three hours ago, when he requested the final payment, which I refused to send.
Then an hour ago I received a text from an unidentified source claiming to be Poke_53, he asked for full payment for the rifle. His number is 515-375-2928. It looks like I learned a $500.00 lesson today. Word to the wise, DO NOT POST YOUR CELL NUMBER ON THIS SITE. It opens you up to scammers around the country that LOOK FOR THESE OPPORTUNITES. I am now in contact with the REAL Poke_53 and have purchased this weapon. PLEASE POST THIS WHERE OTHERS CAN LEARN. Jerry Manning
