.22 Hornet K with lighter heads.

Evening all, I'm trying to decide which heads to use in my Hornet K, I like the look of the 40 Speer/CCI Varmint SPs, 40 grain Sierra Varminter/Blitzkings, 40 grain Barnes Varmin-A-Tor, 40 grain Nosler 40 grain BTs or Varmageddon HP/Polytip, 34 grain Dogtowns or the Midsouth heads, so could/would anyone recommend any of the above and a recipe if possible.

Rifle is CZ527.

I run 35vmax's out of mine with lil'gun powder.

My understanding is the 35 vmax was designed for the hornet That being said my 77/22h shoots the 40gr better.

I cant get the 40gr vmax's to run out of my 77/22 clip. There a tad bit long.

What powder do you have ? I may be able to help.

Powder may be an issue, H110 and Lil Gun is available where I live but, other powders like 1680 and 4227 etc are rare, so, it's limiting at times.
