.22 LR Shooting in the desert

There was an article on this site were one of you good gentlemen had taken a .22 into the desert and shot a turkey (already dead and plucked) at distances of up to 250 and 300 yards. I had a link to this article but when my computer crashed it wiped out all my favourite links. I have tried to find it but to no avail, if any body remembers this review and where itis on this site could you please post a link to it.

Knew it was in a forum that you wouldnt expect, been loking in the .22 forum and the long range forum but couldnt find it.
