Hey guys, I had a membership here, but when my computer fried I lost everything including log in for some reason.
Anyways, I was gifted about 300 rounds of Hornady 220gr RN .308 projectiles. Wanting to see what they'd do in my 700 I started searching for a safe load. On hand I have Hodgdon 4895 and lots of it.
A gentleman referenced the Hodgdon #26 manual saying that powder and bullet combo called for between 34-37 grns of powder. Can anyone here confirm that from that particular book, and offer any insight on the load?
Thanks
