I have a Bergara LRP Elite 6.5CM (now discontinued) which I thoroughly enjoy. I use Hornady 140gr ELD Match for 300 yds and beyond and Hornady American Gunner for 100 yards. I live in NJ, so my long range options are limited; I have no intention of reloading. I am a Bergara fan and would some expert opinions if it would be worth to have Bergara build a .223 or are there other Better options. I use a Dan Greenlaw front rest with a Protektor DR rear flat rest, so the rear stock should accommodate the flat rest. The Magpul Gen3 PRS works fine, but I am not locked into it. Since the performance of the Bergara is so phenomenal for a novice like me, I would tend to stay with Bergara. I know there may be 2018 models available, but they are few and far between. Any suggestions?

Since I am kinda' of a novice, I had to look up the meaning of .223AI & 2.55. Very interesting, but I am not a reloader and not capable of gunsmithing if need be; I would really like to have a Bergara (based on my experience) but with a lighter and cheaper load to target shooting. Thanks for peaking my interest in another direction, possibly for the future! Thanks again
