While full length sizing mixed stamped 223's, one separated about 1.06" above the base. Very evenly as if cut with a pipe cutter. An odd place. It's stamped "C" at 10 and"J" with a hat at 2 and 93 at 6. Is this poor brass? Should I pitch it? I've no $ in it. Just working it up because i'm bored and will give it away. Thanks,Art

I don't know that headstamp, but stuff happens.

Pitch it and move on. If you have more, check them out, looking on the inside with a flashlight and see what you see.

Life's too short to muck with suspect brass.

Too much HS in rifle or FL sizing to much?

Unless we're talking about General Tso's Chicken or Pork Fried Rice, I pretty much assume that being Chinese is the problem when something goes south. Especially when we're talking about shooting related items.
