.223 oal confusion

Sorry guys. I'm new to reloading I had a question about seating depth for 80 and 75 gr. bullets but if someone could direct me to an online source where I can find some comprehensive load data I would appreciate it. I don't find hodgdons site very informative and that's the only one I know.

Did you seat those on the same setting? They are different shaped projos. That causes one to seat deeper.

Look in Sierra’s reloading Manuel or Hornady. Also if you’re loading for a gas gun your limited to magazine length vs a bolt gun you can load off the Ogive of your barrel.

Off the Hornady load manual.. Not sure on what 75 or 80 gr pills your using?? That might help getting you in the right direction for a seating depth.
