223AI owners - questions for you

I'm all set to order a 223 reamer for my next bolt-rifle build that will be shooting 80g A-maxs. I'm now having fleeting thoughts however of ordering a 223AI reamer instead of a regular 223.

Questions;

1. Dave at PT&G wanted me to send him a dummy round with a seated bullet so he could measure up the free bore for my reamer. If I decide to order a 223AI, does my free-bore change? In other words, I don't have a 223AI round to send him. Does it matter?

2. Anyone know if 223AI will feed reliably from the new 223 AICS mags?

3. Has anyone else had a reamer made? Can you give me any dimensions?

Mine feed fine out of the AI mags. What COAL do you have in mind?
