257 Wthby Question

I have a .257 Wea that I am working up loads for. My nosler manual says that for H1000 75 grains is a max load with the 100gr bullets, but the hodgdon websites says 78gr is max load. Anybody load H-1000 in this caliber? I stepped up in .5gr increments from 73 to 75 and at 74.5gr the groups started shrinking. Not showing pressure signs yet and just wondering if I need to keep stepping it up to 78. Case is full all the way into the neck at 78grains.
