280 Rem. Case Dimension Question

I have some in Remington and think it is small with .463" just ahead of the extractor groove.
I would like to know what your brass [virgin] make and measurement at the head is.
My chamber looks to be just a tick over .470 and the brass / chamber is not a fit [loose].

Fired twice RP case is:0.469
Fired twice Fed case is:0.471
Fired 3x WW nickel case is :0.470 All fired in Rem. 700 Mt. rifle w/55 gr. IMR 4350 or 55gr. IMR 4831. 140 gr. Nosler BT's

My new brass is .463" Shoots out to .470"
Bulge is un nerving. Looks to be unsatisfactory.
What is your take on this and are you seeing a problem running this not uniform bulge?
