FWIW:
Peterson 284 Win brass: Lot #K120, received 11-2023
Pic 1: 180 Berger Hyb Targets, 0 fired case. Dia = 0.314
Pic 2: 166 A-tip, 2nd firing on case, fire formed to 284 Shehane.
Pics don't show it, but measurement taken at mid-height of neck at mid-point of caliper blades.
YMMV.
