Try H4831sc or RL-19. You may also find good results with RL22 but there's a good chance you won't be able to get enough -22 into the case to max out the pressure.
RL19 and RL22 are very similar in density and I manage to top off around 63.5gr of either of them in the 30-06 AI cases using Win brass.
I've never shot 190's, only 178 and 208 Amax from it. H4350 is a bit fast for the 178/180's to get a full case and RL22 is too slow. I settled on H4831sc and RL19.
