About to start a ladder test with this combo as I see it's pretty popular, but none of my manuals list them.

Can someone share their loads to give me an idea where to start?

Thinking ~55-56 grains would be a good lower charge. Am I close?

That's a good place to start.

I'd work up in 1.0 gr increments.

Shooting moly'd 208s, I used 60 gr RL22 in Norma or Win brass with CCI 200 primers for 2800 fps from a 26" bbl.

I pushed up to 64 gr in a test to find obvious pressure signs, and started seeing ejector marks and flatter primers and slight leakage around the primer at around 63 gr. No blown primer at 64, but obvious excess pressure with stiffness in the bolt lift.
