Gunsmithing .308 build. Stiller tac 30, AICS 1.5, bartlein #9, Jewell hvr

Dropped off all the components to this rig at my best friends dads house this morning who is an Awsome gunsmith. Everything is a 700 clone including the Chassis. Got one question. I was reading where some guys were having a little trouble with the trigger housing on the chassis with Jewell and timneys. Does this include the HVR Jewell?

If he's a good smith, he can relieve the chassis where it needs it, if it needs it. He may not need to with that model Jewel.
