These loads grouped ok but I know it can be better.
Here's the numbers from today so I'm wondering whether to play with charge weight or seating depth to increase accuracy and numbers.

Anything with ES in the teens and SD in the single digits is solid. Especially if it grouped good. I’d run it assuming speed is where you want it.

Play with seating depth, that usually helps me tighten groups for otherwise good loads.

I would like to get speeds up to around 2700FPS but when I try I fall out of a accuracy node.
It shoots these loads decent but I know what the rifle is capable of doing and with the numbers all over the place it tells me that it is a unstable load.
So I can play with seating depth or try playing with the load a little.

You didn’t give much info but your loads are on the light side, even by my standards.

My load with the 168 in Lapua brass is about 43 gr IMR 4064, COAL around 2.800”.

What speeds are you getting with that load?

Anything 42-42.5 gr .020” off the lands should shoot well

2520 or so in 20” Rem 700. The lands are about half a light year away.
