.338 and 300 smk's

I seen on another thread someone mentioned that sierra has a second generation on the 300 smk's....I have some old stock from a few years back and was wondering when this took place??

and if so, how can tell between them..

I guess know body knows either ....either way I'll be shooting these up...and moving onto the next best thing....lol

I have seen the mention of the second gen 300gr SMKs but I am unsure of when the change took place , I do feel that it is a recent change .
