Depends on what you want to do with it. Hunting? Killing paper ect.
For distance I shoot 300gr SMK's, my hunting round is 230gr lapua naturalis.

You can shoot the Nosler 180 Ballistic Tips if you want to, although they might not fly as well as the 300s, at long, long distances.
How far do you want to shoot and will you be hunting with them?
The 250s and the 300s should be fine for long range work. Hornady Interelocks, Nosler BTs, Sierra GameKings, Hornady SSTs, Nosler Accubonds are all fine for hunting purposes, I'd imagine?
