Gunsmithing 338 lapua reamer

I have a question, if I am planing on shooting 300 grain smk's I should load a dummy round and have my reamer ground for that load because of the ogive of the smk, correct?

Correct, or you could just send your order to Dave Kiff and explain exactly what you require, Dave will know exactly what you need.

If your needing work, I have the 338LM reamer already set up for 300's (Sierras)

Magazine tolerant to the sako TRG mag.

Dave at PTG has a 338LM match reamer print ready to go. Good with the 300 SMK's and Scenars. The 338LM I built using that reamer is an absolute tack driver.

I bought a Manson awhile back and was thinking 250's. decided I wanted it set up for the 300's, I sent it back to Dave and he is hooking me up, just double checking my info here. He has always treated me very well
