Suppressors .338 SR Ultra

Just changed my 6.5 Ultra 7 order for the .338 SR Ultra. Getting the 3/4-20 thread. Will that be a good choice for .338LM?

Yes to the 338 Ultra SR, but I would avoid the 3/4x20 threads. Very rare threading so unless your rifle is currently threaded that way you should go 3/4x24 or 5/8x24.

5/8 x 24 threads would likely leave you many more options for using with "other" rifles IMHO

I don't have the rifle. Bought a 50% off certificate in the classifieds and to maximize the discount I ordered the .338 SR Ultra. So I will need to build a .338 rifle in the future after my 280AI is done.

I shot one of prototype 338SR cans on my 6mm for a summer and it was fantastic

Doesn’t the 338 SR use a brake now anyways? So that threading is just for the brake which you can get any kind of brake for whatever threads you have ?‍
