Wow, I shot a 338 for the first time with one of thier guns. The guns was 17 lbs and had a CAA rear stock.I was ready for a big boom and lots of push. Its felt like a .243 for real. I am about 99.9% ready to buy one.

Do people actually buy factory ammo in 338 LM? Seems like a total waste of money to me.

I am reloading 338 LM for probably 1.25/rd. That is pretty reasonable.

Minus the cost of brass or is that after you have reloaded it several times? The brass is around 2.50-2.75 per piece.
