Who makes good 338LM brass? I’m sure most will say Lapua is best but how does it go after that? Is Prime(Norma) ok? Nosler?

I just purchased 100pieces of Lapua .338 brass and had to uniform the primer pockets. My federal magnum primers were not seating flush with the base of the casing.
I've had some really shit brass from hornady in several calibers including 300 win mag. Walls too thin and necks split. At 2.25 a piece, I wouldn't gamble on a Hornady case that holds 100 grains of powder, unless they have dramatically changed their ways.
I bought 500 pieces of Hornady in 300wm (do to them telling NY state to suck a dick), an have had no issues to date? Most are on their 5th - 6th firing so far.
Maybe it's good now. I am judging from years ago. Necks always had to use a bushing about 2 thou smaller than my other brass
I uniformed all of my Lapua 338 brass, so it is likely the case. Not a big deal though as it is a one time thingy. In comparison, I couldn't uniform any of my 6.5x47 brass; no material could be removed.
The PPU seems to be holding up well in my 338lm, in fact I just ordered another 100 pieces. The only thing I do to them is VLD the neck, an cone the flash hole an they seem to do good for me.
Cannot uniform the flash holes (with a KM uniformer with set depth) in Lapua 338 brass as they are drilled with no burring at all.
On Nosler Brass, I think they make decent brass, but I personally don't think it is worth the scratch they charge for it. Only case I played with was 300 Win Mag. Got a bunch of firings out of it and all but it needed prepping and Nosler advertises that their brass is all sorted and prepped and shit.

I did a test between peterson and Lapua brand .338 brass. Lapua was good as usual, but the peterson was great by every metric. Only negative I’ve heard of is they don’t foreform in wildcat chambers well. Makes sense though as they are very hard.
