Telling us what your budget is is not enough.
We would need to know what rifle it is going on and intended purpose to provide an intelligent answer.

March F 3-24 42mm $2260 from Kelby Rifles. Have mine on custom 308. Also like USO and S&B, but may be hard to find a used one with the options you want.

I bought a used S&B PMII 5-25 for under $3k.
They do come up.
If I was buying it new, I would give the Steiner a try given what others have reported. That double turn elevation knob is way cool.
