Just another hero who beat a handcuffed man and beat his head into a wall until he was paralyzed.
He has been suspended and the tax payer will be on the hook for $40 million so Justice served I guess .
But I’ve been told on good authority that this is the ONLY way to handle people in handcuffs because officer safety and all
. Maybe someone should slam that jailer into a wall face first.
